Conduct comprehensive research on the latest technological advancements in the business consulting and human centricity domain and provide insights on their potential impact on SMEs in Montenegro. Gather data on technological trends, analyze the data, and develop strategies for SMEs to adopt new technologies to improve their operations. Assess the impact of emerging technologies and develop strategies for their adoption.
Knowledge Management
Assess the knowledge management maturity level of SMEs in the business consulting and human centricity domain in Montenegro. Recommend strategies for improving knowledge management practices. Identify knowledge gaps, develop knowledge management systems, and train employees on effective knowledge sharing practices.
Feasibility Studies
Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of implementing new technologies or knowledge management systems in SMEs. Evaluate the technical, financial, and operational feasibility of a project, and identify potential risks and challenges. Recommend strategies to mitigate risks and challenges associated with project implementation.
Workshops
